Families

St Aidan's - a place for the whole family

Fun, friendship and faith — something for children and young people at every stage.

New to church - you’re welcome here.

Our children’s and youth programs help families feel comfortable, connected and able to explore Christian faith at their own pace.

Come and try it

There’s no need to have everything figured out before you walk through our doors.

Come as you are, meet us, and see whether
St. Aidan’s is a good fit for your family.

Babies & toddlers

Our crèche provides a welcoming space for babies and toddlers to play with toys, read books and settle comfortably while parents
remain connected to the service.

With a glass wall overlooking the church and

speakers carrying the service upstairs, parents can continue to listen to the sermon while their little ones play.

Parents are welcome to come and go from the crèche as needed.

Children 5-12

For around half an hour during the sermon, children have the option to head to Sunday school with experienced and certified church leaders.

It’s a friendly space where Christian faith is
explained in ways that make sense to them — with room to listen, talk and ask
questions.

Friday nights during school terms
7–9pm | Years 7–12

Friday nights are about developing friendships, having fun and enjoying a place to belong.

There are
games, snacks and plenty of laughs, along with relaxed Bible discussions where
young people can explore faith at their own
pace, ask difficult or troubling questions, and express their doubts and opinions without fear of judgement.
