Christmas worship services

Whether you’ve never been to church or haven’t been in years, you’re welcome to join us at St. Aidan's, ask questions, and see what faith might look like for you.

7 Dec - 9am:  Christmas Pageant
Come dressed for the occasion if you can as we share the Christmas story centred on the birth of our Lord and Saviour. Simple costumes work best – think plain robes, sheets, sashes or scarves for angels and shepherds; white dresses or shirts with a halo for angels; and sheets with a headscarf/tea towel for shepherds. Kings can be more regal with bright fabrics, capes and a crown. A table of costume options will also be available. 

7 Dec - 6pm: A Service to Remember (those no longer with us) 
This service creates a gentle space for anyone grieving the loss of a loved one, whether recent or long ago. It offers a caring, communal setting to acknowledge our sadness and seek solace in the comfort God provides.

21 Dec - 9am:  Carols & Lessons
A service that combines scripture readings with well known carols to tell the Christmas story. It recounts the biblical narrative from the fall of humanity to the birth of Jesus.

24 Dec - 9pm: Christmas Eve + Supper 

25 Dec - 9am: Christmas Day
